Gordon Park Friends and Riverwest Radio 104.1 hosted two candidate forums for the District 3 alderperson position: one for the primary election and the other for the general election. Both forums were moderated by the League of Women Voters.

Join us for our second installment of musical nights in Gordon Park to celebrate our progress and to help reach our $10,000 fundraising goal to plant new trees. Featuring live music from local American acoustic folk bands Lyonsdove and Living Room.

Gordon Park Friends, in collaboration with Milwaukee County Parks, is embarking on an aggressive campaign to plant 20 new trees over the next year. Join as as we celebrate the planting of the 1st tree and enjoy live music by the Sliphorn Swing Jazz Band. BRING your chairs, beverages, and snacks…HAVE FUN!
